Blog Staycation

A few years ago I participated in something called a blog staycation. It was mainly twitter based but there were other social media involved. basically it was a discussion over a full weekend with mini seminars in a Facebook group that was set up. There were topics for every day and you were able to ask questions while working on your blog over the weekend! I know I had a lot of questions and I felt that the blog staycation helped a lot when I participated.

On March 1-3 I will be hosting a blog staycation of my own! It will be in my Facebook group. We will be talking about what is an editorial calendar and why we need one for blogging and business, blogging and running a business from other sources besides a computer, and how to grow your blog. Each session will take place in the ABC Sisters Facebook group (click on the above picture and it will take you to the group to join)! You don’t have to be there to take part in the sessions. They will be available after the event! You only need to be a member of the group! So please join us!! =) There will also be a giveaway at the end of the weekend and winner will be randomly chosen from number of comments! So be sure to comment on the posts and get your entries in! Giveaway item will be announced on first day of the staycation! =)
