Fitness Friday

It is another Friday and that means it is the weekend! YAY! It also means that there is another Fitness Friday link up over at A Daily Dose of Davis.



This week Mr. RCGG and I walked a little bit shorter distance than usual. We were getting started a little bit later than usual and wanted to be home before it got dark or started to rain. I think we are going to start running with Couch25K next week!  I am continuing to do the mali booty workout and it is starting to kick my booty! I hurt so much after I do it! That just means that it is working!

I hope ya all have had a great week and have a fantastic weekend! Ours is forecasted with rain so I don’t think there will be anything really going on. Anyways, have a great weekend!
