Jesus spoke these words as the Roman soldiers were gambling for His clothes at the bottom of the cross. As we reflect this weekend remember Easter isn’t just about a bunny, baskets, and hunting eggs. Jesus made a sacrifice for for us to be free of our sins. He knew that on the third day He would rise from the dead for us! He knew that He would be betrayed, arrested, and sentenced to die. Yet, He didn’t seem to mind. He did this for us! He loved us that much! Take time to thank God for giving us His Son!
