I love Christmas time! One of my favorite traditions is just spending time with all of my family. It is just wonderful! Merry Christmas to you and yours!

We do have special traditions, like making homemade pizza, putting up the tree together, playing games, getting hot cocoa and listening to Christmas music while we drive around and look at lights, and many more. This is our first year with our daughter, so we are excited to create more family traditions. 🙂

I’m not sure what Christmas traditions we’ll be starting with our boys (they will be almost 2 and almost 1 at Christmastime), but I’m looking forward to figuring it out!
We read books and sing together on Christmas eve. Then the kids wake up and do stockings themselves while we get to sleep in (for like 5 extra minutes). Then we all do prezzies and eat like cows all the day long.

Every year we make gingerbread houses! We started when I was a small child with my grandma and have kept it going for nearly 30 years!
Gingerbread houses are always so much fun to make!
We always open Jammie’s on Christmas Eve and wear them to church. Well the kids wear them to church.
I get a new pair of pajama pants for myself every year for Christmas morning! Haha! I want to do the pajamas on Christmas Eve for our kids too! I bet L, M, and B look so cute in theirs!
We go into the mountains to cut a Christmas tree. It’s a fun day, we take hot chocolate and have a picnic in the snow, let the kids go sledding, and pick a tree to bring back and decorate.
That sounds like so much fun!
