Being the Wizard of Oz fan that I am, I had to post this obnoxiously adorable Halloween decoration. I want to make it, but it will have to be for next year because my ruby slippers are still in a box in the garage. =( This would be so great to put right up against your house so that it looks like your house landed on the Wicked Witch of the East.
