Baked Meatball Stew

Ingredients

1/2 bag Fire Roasted Vegetable Blend frozen

12 oz. jar beef gravy, prepared

1 14 1/2 oz. can Italian style diced tomatoes

1 4 1/2 oz. can mushrooms, drained

1/2 bag Italian Style Meatballs, frozen

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place meatballs and vegetables in an ungreased 9″ x 13″ baking pan.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour over meatball/vegetable mixture. Spread out evenly.
3. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake for 55-60 minutes.

UKRANIAN POWDERED SUGAR COOKIES
2 cups flour

1 cup sour cream

2 sticks butter (at room temperature)

1/3 cup powdered sugar

Mix all together. Roll out dough and make any shapes you want. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Bake cookies until the edges are light brown.
Remove from oven and cool five minutes, then dust cookies withadditional powdered sugar. Store in airtight container after cookies have cooled for at least 30 minutes.
