scrapbook technique i saw this morning

I saw a really cute technique on diy network today. You take a solid color of cardstock and a stamp. Then you paint bleach on the stamp and stamp it onto the cardstock. The colors in the cardstock come out and then when it dries you have a lighter color. The lady doing this used a circle stamp. Then after it was dry she used a flower stamp and a watermark stamp pad. She stamped the page and then put embossing powder on the design and heated it. It was very cute. I don’t have very many stamps but I do want to try this technique. It looks like it would be something I could do on my grandparents album. I will put up pictures if I get the chance to do this soon.
