I made a coupon and sale organizer the other day. I used a notebook that Nathan bought at Wal-Mart. I put blue cardstock on it with green and red across the top. I also had some paper that has little shopping bags on it. I cut some of those out and put them all around it. I used some stickers to write “Money Saving Notebook 2009” on it. I used sandwich bags to put my coupons in the front. I have to figure out a way to attach them better though. Right now they are still sliding around and it is kinda driving me crazy. I have to close it with rubber bands. I am on couponmom.com and I am using that to get the sales at the stores. I write the store name and the dates of the sales and then write the store’s sales. I am also going to use it as a way to track what I buy scrapbooking wise and know how much I spend on stuff like that. I am hoping this will help me save some money in this crazy economic time.
