I haven’t done any new layouts for a couple of days. I am working on one right now that I need to get some stuff for it at Hobby Lobby or Archivers. It is for a challenge in a facebook group I am in. It is a Bling challenge. Since April’s birthstone is diamond you have to make it sparkle. I put mine and Nathan’s engagement pictures on it and I am putting different little stones on it to make it all pretty. I will post it here and at scrapbook.com when the challenge is over.
I am also going to be making an altered notebook for my coupon organizer. I am going to be putting sandwich bags in somehow to separte my coupons into their months. I am also going to use the notebook as a way to keep track of how much I will be saving with the coupons and other sales that I find at the stores without coupons. I just have to figure out how to get the bags into the notebook. Anyone have any suggestions??
I have done a couple of cards for my fundraiser. I have done a thank you card and a birthday card. They are very cute. I will post pictures of everything when I get them taken.
I have basically been talking about things that have been going on in my life and things that I like to do. I have failed to mention that one thing I like to do is decorate cakes. I have taken the first course of the Wilton classes, but I want to take it again. My roses aren’t that great. I have decroated a few cakes since that class, but not too many.

Made for Nathan’s mom’s birthday. She loves beagles, so I made a beagle cake for her.
2008 Mother’s Day present for my mom. I made the flamingo with a cookie cutter that we had. The eye is a cinnamon chip and the tree bark is a twix candy bar. For the sun I used a vanilla wafer with icing on it to make the yellow sugar sprinkles stick.
