Arlington National Cemetery is such an amazing place. It’s weird to say that a cemetery is a major travel destination, but it Arlington is quite the exception.
When we went to Gettysburg in 2013, we stopped for a night in Washington DC. That night just happened to be the Fourth of July so we watched the fireworks over the Potomac River. That was really cool! It was such an awesome feeling to be in our nation’s capital on the day we celebrated our independence.
Anyways, Arlington National Cemetery is so beautiful! Mr. RCGG and I walked a lot, but it was well worth it!
