Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Homemade cheeseburgers are my favorite food! There’s just something about them that make me want to jump for joy. Have you ever had that perfect burger? The one that makes you practically melt? For me that’s the ultimate judge of how good a burger is!

Anyways, last week I made a cheeseburger casserole for dinner! It was so easy to make and so good! I’ll be making it again for sure!

You need:
1/2 pound of bacon
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion chopped
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon season salt
4 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon hot sauce
8 ounces shredded cheese
1 teaspoon dill

Dice the bacon into small pieces and cook until crisp in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir often.  Set aside. (I cooked my bacon and then crumbled it.) Drain grease from pan.

This was so good! It takes around 30 minutes to prep, but it was worth it! If you want a cheeseburger but don’t want to actually go out and get one you need to make this casserole! Mr. RCGG loved it and coming from the cheeseburger expert it was definitely a keeper!
