Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
3 packages milk chocolate chips, divided
3 cups peanut butter
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Trim cupcake liners to half their size. (I used mini cupcake liners and mini cupcake pans)
Place 1/2 chocolate chips in microwave safe container. Microwave for 2minutes stirring after each minute. Sppon into liners only filling halfway. With a spoon draw the chocolate up the sides of the cupcake liner. until evenly coated. Refridgerate until firm.
In a small bowl mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and salt. Divide into chocolate cups. Melt remaining chocolate chips and spoon over peanut butter. Spread chocolate to edges of cups. Refridgerate until firm.
