Have you been watching any of the Olympics? I must admit that even though I have no idea as to what is going on I am loving curling. I really don’t know anything about it except that they throw a rock down an ice alley and try to change the ice down the alley for the rock to knock the other team’s rock out of the ring. Did you hear about the woman on the Canadian team? She is 5 1/2 months pregnant! I think that is awesome that she is able to compete in the Olympic games. I also love watching short track speed skating. I love Apolo Ohno. I have since the Salt Lake City games in 2002. He is amazing. I am so excited that he became the most decorated winter olympian last night. It is too bad that the medal that gave him that honor wasn’t gold though. I usually don’t watch ice dancing, but Tanith Belbin and Ben Augsto are really good. Tanith’s parents live in the Atlanta area and she has said she considers home where ever her parents are. I don’t really know any of the women’s figure skaters anymore. I think I lost interest in them in the 2002 games because that was the last time Michelle Kwan skated an olympic games. I never really cared for Tara Lipinski. She seemed to fake for me. So did Oksana Biaul. My favorite male figure skater is Elvis Stojko. He is from Canada. He never won an olympic gold, but he was still an awesome skater. he was the very first to land a quad jump in compeition. Well, what has been your favorite part of the Olympics?
