Influenster Resolution Vox Box
I received a vox box from Influenster for testing purposes. All opinions are mine and do not reflect the companies at all.
I got free products to test out from Orgain protein bars, Popchips, Crispy Green, Sabra, Febreeze, Burt’s Bees, and Orabrush.
I loved most of the products. The popchips were so good and I loved that they were popped like popcorn and not fried like most chips.
The Febreeze smells so good and I love using it. The face that I can get refills for it is awesome.
Crispy Green is a great dried fruit that is so good! They don’t have sugar on them like most dried fruits and when you put them in your mouth it is like they go back to the original state of the fruit! So good!
I’m not that much of a fan of packaged guacamole so my husband tried this one for me. He said that it had a good taste but he doesn’t think it was the best guacamole he’s ever had.
Orgain Protein bars are supposed to be good. I just can’t get over them being such a strange texture. It was chewy but crunchy. Not a fan of these. They were supposed to taste like chocolate chip cookie dough but I couldn’t taste it.
Burt’s Bees is such a great company. However I didn’t like the shake I was sent. It was plant based and just didn’t taste very good to me. I added some berries to it but it still wasn’t good.
Orabrush included a tongue cleaner in the box. This thing is so cool! I usually use the back of my toothbrush to clean my tongue but having this makes my tongue feel like I just left the dentist.
Cleaning Dishcloths
This post may sound a bit strange, but do your dishcloths ever get a weird smell? I have been trying to figure out how to get that smell out of them. Regular washing just wasn’t cutting it. So I went to Pinterest to find out how I should be cleaning dishcloths! There were so many ways to wash your dishcloths, but I found this way to be the easiest!
Creating Something Random Update
Have you been participating in Creating Something Random? What have you been working on?
French Toast Cracker Barrel Copycat Recipe
Every Sunday morning Mr. RCGG and I have breakfast together. It’s his only real day off from work. A couple of weeks ago I made French toast. I found a recipe on Pinterest for a French Toast Cracker Barrel copycat Recipe.
Solidarity Sisters April-May
Are you a new blogger? What about a veteran blogger? Are there some things you still have trouble with in your blogging? Solidarity Sisters is a great way to learn more about blogging from those of us who understand! It also helps you grow relationships with other women bloggers.
I know that when I started blogging I didn’t know about SEO, WordPress, self hosting, etc. I knew that I was blogging and no one probably even read it!
I found an awesome group on Facebook of women bloggers. Most of them are Christian bloggers, but they are all women that want to grow in their relationships with others.
Every two months we join up with a partner to develop community, to foster an encouraging support network, to grow in our relationships with others, and to grow their blogging skills.
We are the Solidarity Sisters.
Solid in their faith.
Solid in their desire to use their creative gifts and share them with the world.
You don’t have to be a Christian blogger to join us though. The challenges are not related to religion at all! I’d love for you to join us and get to know another blogger and grow your blog at the same time you are helping someone else grow!
Sign ups are closed right now, but sign ups for the next round will start on March 21st. The new round of Solidarity Sisters will start on April 3rd . I will send the partner pairings on or around March 28th. and every two weeks you will get a new topic to discuss with your solidarity sister. I will be including at least two mini challenges over the course of the two months. These will be just a fun little game or extra challenges!
There’s a Facebook group for Solidarity Sisters where we can get to know each other and just in case you aren’t seeing the newsletters you will be able to see them on the Facebook group.
Sign up for the Solidarity Sisters newsletter! This is how I will send the challenges to you every two weeks. I’m also going to be putting together a couple of mini challenges throughout the main challenge.

With A Purpose- Mesothelioma
There’s so many forms of cancer. Some you hear about all the time like breast cancer and pancreatic cancer. There’s some forms that don’t get any attention at all. That doesn’t mean that they aren’t as important for us to know about. For this month’s With A Purpose I talked with Heather about Mesothelioma.
Creating Something Random with Flowers
So many people say that they are not creative! My mom always taught me that everyone has at least some form of creativity in them! You don’t have to be the best artist or great at making quilts. That’s what the Creating Something Random Challenge is all about! I want to help you find your inner creativity! I know it’s in there somewhere! Continue reading
