Before I start today with my getting to know you questions, I would like to say HAPPY 85th BIRTHDAY to my grandma!  I sent her birthday present to her a few days ago.  She opened it this morning and LOVED IT.  I got her a decorative plate with a little yellow bird on it.  I also got her a Georgia kitchen towel.  She is the only grandparent I have still and since I moved I have realized that having her is such a great thing. 

And now on to my answers..

1. what’s something you’ve eaten and liked, but didn’t think you would?
I’m not sure. 

2. plastic surgery..yay or nay?
It depends.  If it is just for cosmetic purposes then I am against it.  If it is for someone’s health then I am for it.  (Like a gastric bypass or breast reduction)

3. 2 things you love about spring are…..?
BASEBALL STARTS and warmer weather

4. when’s the last time you went on a picnic?
Umm,  Last October when N and I went to Jekyll Island.  We had a picnic of Subway on the beach.

5. what’s your favorite app?
I don’t have a phone that you can download apps to.  I know. I am in the stone age right?  I play games on N’s phone though and I love the Roller Ball game he has on it.  It is Ski Ball.  I also like Angry Birds.  Those stupid pigs annoy me.

6. who does the grocery shopping in your house?
N’s mom.

7. would you rather take a spin class or zumba?
I have always wanted to try a spin class, but Zumba is looking pretty fun. 

8. how often do you go out to dinner?
We try to go out to dinner every weekend.

Seeing the first robin of the season

2. What was your best birthday ever?

My 26th.  We went to Marietta Diner.

3. What is your favorite dessert?

Plain and simple chocolate chip cookies

4. What is the best excuse you’ve ever used to get out of a ticket?

I have never gotten a ticket.  I have been pulled over before, but I didn’t get into trouble because another police car went flying past and the cop that was talking to me had to go back him up.

5. Do you wake up before your alarm, with your alarm, or after hitting snooze several times?

I wake up on my own.  No alarm.

Yes,  I get too hot and pass out.  I have done this ever since I was younger.

{two} what is your favorite casino game?

Teas hold’em.  It is the only one I know how to play.

{three} do you have a good sense of direction?

I think so.

{five} what is your go-to hair style when having a bad hair day?

I have to have my hair up.  Even when I sleep.  I hate having sweaty hair sticking to back of my neck.

No.  Does the online version count?

{seven} do you have a favorite celebrity chef?

I don’t know if you can consider my favorite a chef.  My favorite is Ree Drummond.  You know, Pioneer Woman.  I also love Rachael Ray, Paula Deen and Katie Lee.

{nine} do you have satellite radio in your car?

Yes, but we really only use it on long trips.

{ten} what was the last movie that made you cry?

Either Blind Side or The Last Song.  I don’t remember which one was the last one I watched.
