Tonight for dinner I made my go to when I don’t kow what to make for dinner. It is Tater-tot casserole. Tere are many different ways to make it. This is how I make it:
a package of ground beef
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
package of taco seasoning
1 bag of tater-tots
*melted velveeta or a bag of shredded cheese
Brown ground beef until no pink remains. Drain.
Add mushroom soup ad taco seasoning to meat and stir.
Pour into a casserole dish. Add tater-tots to top and bake for 40 minutes.
*Cut velveeta cheese into chunks. Put in a microwave safe bowl and cover with milk. Melt in 2 minue intervals stirring each time. Pour cheese on top of tater-tots at 40 minutes. Bake for another 5 minutes.
*You can also use shredded cheese. When using shredded cheese, I usually bake the casserole for 35 minutes and add the shredded cheese and then bake for another 10 minutes.
I have also used nacho cheese soup instead of mushroom soup. You can also use cream of chicken soup as well.
