OMG! I finished the last book of the Dorothy Must Die series last night! The End of Oz had so many turns and twists! The way the chapters were written in this one was split between Amy and Dorothy. Like you were hearing both sides of what was going on. It was a little confusing at first but once you get used to the switching it made a really good story.
The basic storyline of the series is that another girl from Kansas gets swept into Oz by a tornado and has to kill Dorothy. She goes through Oz and meets several people a long the way. Eventually finding herself with the Order of Witches.
If you have read L. Frank Baum’s Oz series then there are some names you will recognize throughout the four books. Especially the witches.
Overall I would give The End of Oz a an 8 out 10. It would be a 10 if it wasn’t for the switching between Amy and Dorothy every few chapters. I think this was my favorite out of the four books!
